Giant Pumpkins and Mirrors in London

So many exhibitions make me yawn but this one has my full attention. In May, Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama launched an exhibition featuring three mirror rooms in Islington,
North London – one room is covered entirely in mirrors filled with glowing, yellow and black plastic pumpkins, which looks as though it goes on forever when you step inside and peer at the repeating reflection.

In another, a rotating chandelier lights up a seemingly endless hall of mirrors, while outside in waterside garden, natural light is filtered through small holes into a pitch dark stainless steel mirrored box.

The exhibition goes on through til the end of July, which the Independent says: "reverberates with a powerful and positive energy that can work its magic on all of us, as well as the artist herself..." I'm intrigued...
